Best Western Plus Hotel Colbert
I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service was far below acceptable standards, and the staff demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. Communication was poor, responsibilities were not handled properly, and there was little to no regard for customer satisfaction.

The room was comfortable and clean. However, the staff's service needs improvement: the fire alarm was triggered at 5 a.m. (false alarm), and there was no explanation or apology!
Excellent restaurant with very pleasant and smiling staff. We enjoyed our meal very much, from the amuse-bouche to the starter, main course, and dessert. I highly recommend this place.
