Best Western Plus Hotel Colbert
Very good experience
I have no experience to share regarding the hotel itself, as I live nearby.
However, this morning I saw an employee emptying the outside trash can. He had a bag for dry waste in his hand, but no bag for wet waste. I saw him empty the ashtray into the drain right next to it, as if it were perfectly normal. Everyone knows that cigarette butts take years to decompose, and I find it unacceptable for a 4-star hotel that the employee didn't even consider this! On my return, I stopped to inform reception. I find this behavior completely unacceptable. Not knowing if the information will be passed on, I prefer to post my little review anyway. It makes me incredibly angry! 😡

The hotel's location near the train station and the city center are major advantages. It also has excellent food. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive, and you also have to pay for parking. A big plus is the two-story rooms, with a living room and toilet downstairs, and a bedroom with a large bathroom on the mezzanine.
